Chirch Justice Sir Michael Barnett

Nassau, Bahamas

— Persons in the position to know have confirmed to Bahamas Press that on Friday second suspect for murder, arrested by police for the murder of 19-year-old Randol Thompson back in February 2010, was given bail by the ‘VIGZY’ head people.

In an update to BP, we are told Justice Jon Isaacs exercised his own judicial discretion and released Tony Jamal Smith Jr on $30,000 bail. Smith we know is now free to KILL-OFF ALL THE WITNESSES HE CHOOSES whether by drive by, burning, mutilation or outright kicking doors down and blasting from earth an entire family.

But here’s the kicker, this same Smith character was given bail in January 2008 for the murder of 18 year-old, Deangelo Cargill, the young CR WALKER student who was gunned down in broad day light on Bay Street, which left tourist hauling *** back to the cruise ships.

You would remember how police were looking for Smith for days and could not find him.

Tommy Turnquest

Smith therefore is alleged to have committed murder twice and today is given bail for a second time.

Vinette Graham-Allen and John Delaney are both doing an exceptional job in the AG’s office. The Supreme Court of the Bahamas is doing an OUTSTANDING Job; the Ministry of National Security including Tommy Turnquest is doing a DAMN job at releasing criminals back into the society to KILL, MURDER, EXECUTE AND INJURE WITNESSES!

The only thing we need to do now is look into the FNM script and BLAME THE PLP for all this WUTLESSNESS!

On Wednesday of this past week, Godfrey Sawyer, the man convicted and sentenced to death was released from HMP was granted $15,000 bail by the appellate court.

WE NEED CHANGE!

THE FNM THEME SONG…THE ZOMBIE JAMBOREE!

  • if there is no evidence in a case y should the system hold accused persons no evidence no case

  • firetrail road rebel

This may sound cruel but the simple fact is murder is bussiness in the Bahamas!Lawyers make money’Funeral homes make money notice who operate these companys.Sadly not until a few tourist get killed will we wake up……..or maybe that won’t be enough.

  • Bahamians are so damn furious that this so called great British justice system is no longer representing them. This justice system seems to be more intent on punishing Bahamians over not wearing a seat belt than they are in punishing murderers. Is it not enough that the politicians have stolen away our jobs and have also remained silent when they sent bulldozers to demolish homes that Bahamians had every right to believe they had paid honestly for? I ask this government to tell us how many vehicle drivers have been issued tickets for driving without seatbelts on versus the number of lawyers charged during this same time over fraudulently representing their clients in questionable land deals? Enough is enough. Is there not just one more cabinet minister with the backbone who is prepared to stand and publicly represent the people and not just their leader? Hasn’t this government already taken more than their pound of flesh out of their brothers and sisters?

  • During this, their third consecutive term in office. the government begin to “Fix” the judicial system.
They, against public objection, chose to place some one fresh off the campaign trail, on the bench, then elevate him to Chief Justice.
Then they skipped down south, pick themselves up a DPP, and despite the public outcry and whole stormy scene surrounding the appointmnet, she was hired,

Then the elevation from CJ to President of the appellate court.

and oh! lets not forget dis beh, John Delaney, the AG and where he came from.

Yeah, they surely “FIX” the system…..I’m not sure in whose favour it’s working.

We are in a mess here, I suggest we go to the shoreline and draw out in big bold letters the word “HELP”.
Some must hear us as we cry out for help.

Krossover the FNM government is willing to throw money to buy shares in a RUM COMPANY, while our country has sound low in the wake of rising crime! THEY HAVE NO DAMN SHAME! BUYING SHARES IN A RUM COMPANY WHILE BAHAMIANS ARE BEING SLAUGHTERED!

BAHAMAS PRESS IS AGAINST THEM AND WE CALL ON ALL OUR AGENCIES/AFFILIATES/SOURCES/ WRITERS/ EDITORS AND READERS TO VOTE THIS FAILED WUTLESS FNM GOVERNMENT OUT OF OFFICE!

THEY HAVE COMMITTED ‘BACKSIDE RAPE’ AGAINST THE BAHAMIAN PEOPLE AND SHOULD NOT BE REELECTED!
