29 year-old, Lynden Prosper, and his co-accused 26-year-old Deangelo Adderley were found guilty
Nassau, Bahamas – Justice is once again being done for the community, as today in the courts two men on trial for murder and attempted murder respectively were found GUILTY!
This is the first time since Bumpy Dem been on the force that persons hauled before the courts for serious offenses [except Mr. Bullets] are being found guilty and are headed to prison.
Today, in one of the 10 new criminal courts, convicts 29-year-old Lynden Prosper and his co-accused 26-year-old Deangelo Adderley were found guilty of murder and attempted murder 12-0 in Justice Bernard Turner’s court.
The men were found guilty in the murder of Sheria Curry and the attempted murder of her nephew Shanko Smith. Curry was shot in the head and her son in the leg. The 40-year-old died at the scene.
Smith has also been murdered but was killed when he approached Prosper while he was on bail. Sheria Curry, you should know, was a special friend of the Emperor Dion Knowles of the community. She had a child for Knowles but he, too, has since been murdered. Boy, this something, eh?

Attorneys Mario Ducille, Ian Cargill and Stanley Rolle represented the convicts.
Prosper will also stand trial for a second homicide in the Fox Hill community.
The Criminal Justice System in the Bahamas is indeed working and we want to salute the hardworking staff in the Office of The Attorney General, the decent Men and Women of the Royal Bahamas Police Force, and, yes, you wonderful citizens of the Bahamas who are prepared to let justice take its course.
