Nassau, Bahamas – Breaking News coming into Bahamas Press right now confirms Jah Cure has been charged before the courts and today that charge was dropped and dismissed following an altercation at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island on Sunday morning.
Cure, who was represented by Attorney Devard Francis, had the case dismissed against him, while Cure’s friend and musician Teddy Mayson was fined $150 for his involvement in the matter.
Cure had attempted to leave the capital on Sunday; however, he was stopped at the airport and prevented from leaving the capital.
Bahamas Press has also learned Bahamian Trevor Thompson, who was involved in the incident, was also charged and pleaded not guilty following his alleged attack on Cure who was knocked to the floor.
Thompson sources confirm to us he was along with a friend when the incident occurred and get this: THE SCUFFLE WAS NOT OVER NO GAL!
Thompson is to return to court on November 23 to answer charges. He was granted bail.
