POLICE LAUNCH ISLAND-WIDE MANHUNT FOR SUSPECT IN MURDER & ATTEMPTED MURDER AT RUPERT DEAN LANE

Nassau, Bahamas – Bahamas Press has now gotten more details into that terrible morning incident that claimed the life of an infant resulting in the county’s #92 homicide victim.

Police have launched an island-wide search for a suspect responsible for the death of an infant and the shooting of an adult male & female.

According to reports, around 3:00am a man had just arrived home he was approached by a male armed with a handgun, known to him as Anton Stevens aka “Bigger”, who forced him inside the residence and fired several shots before fleeing on foot.

Stevens is resident of 41- Dumping Ground Corner. He has since vanished and is wanted by detectives.

The 18-month-old male infant [photo above] was shot and died on the scene.

The male along with an adult female received gunshot injuries and was transported to hospital. They are listed in serious condition.
