Freeport, Grand Bahama – Dwayne Belazaire age 30 years of Seagrape, Eight Mile Rock was arraigned on Murder charge before Magistrate Gwendolyn Claude in the Eight Mile Rock, Magistrate Court on Monday 28th August 2017. He was not required to enter a plea as the matter is an indictable offence. The matter will proceed by Voluntary Bill of Indictment and was adjourned to Wednesday November 15th 2017 for trial. He was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until trial.
This is in connection to a matter that occurred on Tuesday 14th February 2017 in Eight Mile Rock.
Andy Taylor aka Andy Smith age 23 years of #4 Gambier Drive was brought before Deputy Chief Magistrate Debbye Ferguson to be arraigned on (4) counts of armed robbery and grievous harm. The matter was further adjourned to Wednesday 30th August 2017.
