Come on People lets be fair here. Bahamas Press is simply asking the principal, not a FNM politician to RESIGN for her failing to protect the innocent on the campus of Queen’s College!
Lets take it further, there are some young 13 and 14 year olds that are being raped in this country EVERY DAY THE WAKE UP OUT OF THEIR BED! Some EVERY EVENING THEY COME HOME FROM SCHOOL, YET a ‘WUTLASS’ principal at a once prestigious school see NOT the need to protect the innocent at her children in that institution. We are missing a chance here to SET THE STANDARD! To teach the many young to have heard what happens wen you drop your pants in a classroom and SEX an underage girl who may be pressured to partake in something she totally wishes not to be apart of! COME ON PEOPLE LET US SET THE STANDARDS. Otherwise TEACHERS WILL CONTINUE IN THIS TOWN TO RAPE The young in this country!

Why is it that when the FNM’s scandals are exposed, instead of “sticking to the subject at hand”, persons attempt to “distract” from the “real story” and bring the PLP into the fray? ……. IF THE SCANDAL IS ABOUT THE FNM, THEN WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO BRING UP THE PLP WHO HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FNM SCANDAL OF THE DAY?
Also why do persons become SO ANGRY when the TRUTH about the FNM is EXPOSED?
Are they saying that even though the FNM does something wrong, we are OBLIGATED to turn our heads and PRETEND THAT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED?
I thought that TRANSPARENCY was the watch word of the FNM …….. so why is it that when FNM scandals become TRANSPARENT, the persons who uncover and expose the scandals, are harassed, maligned and likened to criminals?
Last time I checked none of the sitting FNM MPs are GODS WHO MUST BE BLINDLY WORSHIPPED AND TOTALLY ABSOLVED WHEN THEY ARE PARTY TO A SCANDAL.
I believe that politics continues to be a dirty game full of lies and unnecessary name calling. Both political parties have from time to time attempt to malign the reputation of each other. When the PLP was government the FNM did all they could to destroy the position of its Cabinet minister. Now that the FNM is power the PLP is returning the favour. Surely you reap what you sow. The FNM sowed seeds of discord to discredit the PLP and now they are reaping the aweful harvest of what the PLP is now trying to do to them. And.. if the PLP is not careful they will be reaping the same type of harvest if they are elected as Government again. Boy talk about history repeating itself!!!!

At least this boy did not force the girl plus a point everyone seems to be ignoring, this girl obviously knows what she was doing and getting into. She may be 13 but she isn’t behaving like a 13-year old.
