Bahamas Press was called to the Rock Crusher road area last night as a bloody door in the area told the story to the scene of a violent domestic dispute.
Residents in the area who line the street of the community tell us the dead is a husband in his twenties, Sylvin Lewis.
A domestic dispute erupted in the peaceful home around 10 pm neighbours tell us and as a violent struggle began. Residents say a man could be heard screaming a death roar as his wife stabbed him to death.
“I don’t know what happened,” one resident told us who appeared visibly shaken after the incident. We are told the wife, Marsha Lewis, was taken into custody shortly after the ordeal and transported to the CDU.
This latest incident raises the murder count to 127 since 2009 or the 39th for the year.
The problem is anybody could go get married. These pastors don’t care, they just in it for the monies. Some of them don’t even do marriage consulting with these people before marrying them. Sometimes these pastors could look at a person’s conduct and see they are not marriage material, but they don’t check. I remembered, one time I had attended this wedding where the groom was still sitting outside in the limo and the bride was already in the church waiting on him and the groom’s family had to go outside and plead with the groom to go through with the wedding and went he came in the church, his eyes looked as if he was out there crying, You believe the pastor still gone ahead with the marriage ceremony? If that marriage lasted one month, they do good.

OMG!! People nerves are on them bad. Husbands and wives fighting and things keeping so bloody. Right now, she’s probably sorry about how everything turned out, but it’s too late now.
