  1. I was a former nominee in the Bahamas Primary School Student of the Year Awards Program and I remembered the advise that she gave to the nominees in her speech at the Awards ceremony. She was an outstanding educator. I commend the work that Dr. Bethel and the great people of the Bahamas Primary School Student of the Year Foundation are doing for the young people of our country. The Foundation must keep up the legacy of your two fallen Patrons – Sir Clement Maynard and Dr. Keva Bethel.

  2. They weren’t joking when they said it comes in THREES! The Lord Bishop called for a moment of silence before he began his sermon at the funeral today.

May both of their souls and all the sould of the faithfully departed through the mercy of God rest in peace and rise in glory!

  3. Another sad day in the Life of our Great Country, She’s done her part and will never be replaced. She will be missed, however we can keep her alive by remembering the very many ways that she enriched our lives and the lives of so many others. Gone but will never be forgotten.
