Luck y Dube 1964 – 2007

The globally popular reggae star Lucky Dube who was inspired by Bob Marley and Peter Tosh was senselessly murdered in a Johannesburg suburb. The artist was shot in a failed car-jacking whilst driving his son home on October 14, his attackers had blocked the road.

The popular star who called for the unity of all races can now be remembered as a prophetic voice as he was the victim of very own song.

This week once again we join the BBC in sharing the life story of this artist that spoke about; Peace, Justice, Truth, Forgiveness, Respect and Unity of all peoples of the world.
