Prisoner Allowed to Leave HMP FAIL TO RETURN now captured

The Public is hereby informed that Prison inmate, Moses Morris (D.O.B. September 19, 19071) who failed to return to prison on Saturday afternoon (April 2) which is the usual practice for inmates permitted to participate in the Extra Mural Work Scheme Programme, was apprehended by Prison and Police Officers at approximately 2:30 p.m. today (Monday). He was found in an abandoned boat on Arawak Cay and posed no resistance at the time of his apprehension.

He has since been returned to Her Majesty’s Prisons, secured within the Maximum Security Unit and removed from the Work Scheme. It is expected that he would be charged with escaping lawful custody later this week.

The authorities say he didn’t give them any problems when they found him, he was right there sitting on one boat. he must be did feel for some conch salad and daiquiri and a little fresh sea breeze. Now his time have to be extended, because he gone an escape, these prisoner officers need to do better than this man!!! If they were watching him he wouldn’t of been able to do this.

    • WE WARNED THE GOVERNMENT ABOUT THAT PRISONS WORK PROGRAMME LONG TIME. NO ONE IS TELLING US ANYTHING!
