Sir Arthur Foulkes son pleads guilty to rape of 13-year-old girl.

Nassau, Bahamas — The son of the Governor General has been charged and has admitted to raping a 13-year-old student of H. O. Nash Junior High.

Bahamas Press now following the story confirms Joseph Foulkes, son of Governor General Sir Arthur Foulkes was formally charged with raping the teen just a few days ago.

Foulkes pleaded guilty to the charge and a formal sentencing has been set.
