Free National Movement member Carl Bethel receives his Instruments of Appointment to the Senate and Leader of Opposition Business from Governor General Sir Arthur Foulkes, October 8th, at Government House. Mr. Bethel replaces Desmond Bannister whose resignation became effective September 30th, 2013.
