Bahamas Press has identified that victim as 53-year-old Ray Bowe….

Nassau, Bahamas — Bahamas Press is reporting how a 53 – year-old man died in hospital on Wednesday as a result of a traffic accident that occurred on Saturday evening.

According to reports, shortly after 6:00pm, the victim was sitting on the rear of a 1993 Ford pickup truck traveling on West Bay Street, just east of the Goodman’s Bay roundabout, when he fell off suffering lacerations and damage to his brain.

The victim was taken to hospital in critical condition where he was detained but his condition worsen. He succumbed to his injuries in hospital on Wednesday.

A 45 – year-old male driver of the truck is assisting police with their investigations.
