Nassau, Bahamas — Fast breaking news is now coming into Bahamas Press, which confirms a woman could be charged for the murder of Brandon Russell.
Russell you would remember is the young man who was sitting outside a home in Farrington Road Sunday night when he was showered in a hail of bullets as if he was behind enemy lines. He had just recently returned to the Bahamas from Florida.
His close friend, Kelvin Strachan, was also found dead over the weekend hanging from a tree in the same community. What in da hell is dis?
Early this morning Flying Squad officers went to #6 D Parker St. Bain Town after intelligence. There, a female one, Davette O’Shea Strachan, 22, of Parker Street in the Bain Town area was arrested in connection with Russell’s death.
Meanwhile police after catching up with BP and have now released the full names of the victims in shootings up to Monday morning.
They have identified the victim of the murder that occurred on Blue Hill Road on Monday 11th August 2014 to be Nadia Tracy Cartwright DOB 05 January 1981 of Marshall Road.
The second victim, who was shot dead in a bar and murdered at Cordeaux Avenue on Monday 11th August 2014, is identified as Latoya Tacora Williams age 35 yrs of Cordeaux Avenue.
Police have also identified the victim of the murder that occurred at Willow Tree Avenue and Sapodilla Boulevard as 37-year-old of Prince Vanise Prudent of Quakoo Street.
