POLICE WORKING HARD TO STOP TERRORISTS POSSESSING ILLEGAL FIREARMS!

NASSAU, BAHAMAS — Police are pleased to report the seizure of three additional firearms  off the streets of New Providence on Tuesday 6th January, 2015.

In the first incident, shortly after 2:00 pm, Officers from the
Eastern Division acting on intelligence went to a bushy area at Step  Street, Fox Hill, where they uncovered a handgun along with 5 rounds  of ammunition.

In the second incident, shortly before 4:00 pm, Officers from the  Eastern Division acting on intelligence went to a bushy area at  Reaves, Fox Hill, where they uncovered a handgun along with 4 rounds  of ammunition.

In the third incident, shortly after 5:00 pm, Officers from the  Eastern Division acting on intelligence went to a bushy area at Kelly  Lane, Fox Hill, where they uncovered a shotgun.

No arrests were made in any of these incidents. Investigations are  ongoing.
