BP has learnt this evening of the passing of Mrs. Rachel Turnquest- Garcia, the celebrated and renowned Bahamian Fashion Designer and owner of Rachel’s boutique.
Mrs. Rachel Turnquest-Garcia passed quietly at her home on the morning of February 2nd 2015.
BP sends our deepest condolences to her family on her passing.
