Local Musicians to Hold  ‘It’s a Bahamian Ting’ Pre-Concert In Support of Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival

Minister of Tourism the Hon. Obie Wilchcombe, centre, was present during a press conference called by a group of musicians on Sunday, March 15 at the British Colonial Hilton. The group announced “It’s a Bahamian Ting” concert for April 11, 2015 at Arawak Cay, a prelude to the Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival. ‘Dey Juice You Eh’, KB?

Nassau, Bahamas — First he was against Junkanoo Carnival, screaming to the top of his voice on national radio that it made no sense.

Bahamian singer KB, who was hired by the Save The Bays to raise money to sustain court matters against the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister, has now changed his mind overnight on Carnival.

Perhaps the Save the Bays people have fired him. Or maybe because no one showed up at the event on Grand Bahama he realized selling himself like a $0.02 cent whore to Save the Bays People made no sense and it was better for him to get a piece of the action at Carnival.

Whatever the case, Bahamians must know prostitution is real in the Bahamas and it’s not what ya selling these days – it is what’s ya price!

KB! When you ga write the song “Dey Juice Me?”

We report yinner decide!
