Man said to be a Haitian National got into an altercation with two other men!
Nassau, Bahamas – Bahamas Press is reporting a second homicide last evening on St. Lucia Way in the Sunshine Park community off Carmichael Road.
The victim we have identified as Alvaido Derilus. He was at home in the yard when his mother heard gunshots outside and met him on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
Police described the incident this way: Shortly after 9:00pm on Saturday 17th October 2015, the victim was at Sunshine Park, when he got into an altercation with two males that led to him being shot. The victim was transported to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
This was the second homicide incident last evening where just an hour before a man by the name, Jamal Moxey, was gunned down on Lyons Road just off Kemp Road. He died at the scene.
