Second major accident in just 24 hours in the country! Drivers must drive to arrive alive and take caution!
Bahamas Press has identified the latest fatality victim to be Gregory Town resident Mario Thompson.
According to reports, shortly after 3:00am the victim was driving a Honda CRV vehicle on Queens Highway, Lower Bougue, Eleuthera, when he collided with flat bed truck being driven by another man. The victim received serious injuries and was pronounced dead on the scene.
Investigators from the Police Traffic Division in New Providence will travel to Eleuthera later today to assist in the investigations.
