HIGHBOURNE CAY, EXUMA – Prime Minister the Rt. Hon. Perry Christie, Minister of Tourism the Hon. Obie Wilchcombe, and Minister of State for Investments the Hon. Khaalis Rolle took a seaplane to Highbourne Cay, at the northern end of the Exumas, on Friday morning, May 27, where they had a tour of the facilities.
