Mayaguana loses its Chief Councilor!
Nassau, Bahamas – Police have had their hands full for the past few days but this afternoon in the community of Benson and Crouch Close in Danottage Estates an active investigation opened after a woman was found naked and dead on the bathroom floor.
Now Bahamas Press’ deep investigative team quickly took a look at this case and we believe it is safe to suggest that this is not a homicide, nor is foul play suspected in this incident.
The deceased woman we can confirm is Chief Councilor and Pastor of the Church of God on Mayaguana Shandika Charlton.
It is believe that the Charlton woman suffered a seizure while having an evening with her “Sugar Daddy”.
Charlton, we can tell you, was in the capital for Local Government leaders special conclave in New Providence, which ended sometime on Thursday.
She connected, according to a source, with her “special friend” Emmerson Brown, who is a resident of the United States with ties on that southern island community.
A relative close to the “Special Friend” confirmed that it was the custom of Brown and Charlton to connect in the residence in Danottage which was regularly loaned to the couple, including for this “special meeting”. What happened during that “bald naked” affair when Charlton may have suffered a seizure is still unknown.
Closer investigations by our contacts on the island of Mayaguana now confirm an even more serious development.
Major contracts on the island of Mayaguana may have been mysteriously awarded to the Pastor’s “Sugar Daddy” to which her approval was fully given. This gets interesting.
But while this encounter was going down in Danottage, the husband of the deceased was getting the church ready.
