BP is reporting murder #153 since 2009. BP has learned a male was discovered in a building under construction in the capital. The male is believed to have been struck with a blunt object to the head. The discovery was made this morning. BP is investigating to see if the incident was the result of another witness slighted for testimony before the courts.
The incident took place in the Haven Street area near the Temple Christian School. The decomposed body was discovered around 11AM.
