Her Excellency Kadriye Sanivar Kizildeli, Ambassador Designate of Turkey presents her letters of credence on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs the Hon. Brent Symonette at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Discussions focused on ways to foster ties between both countries in areas of commerce, trade and the construction industry. Turkey, which is the third country behind the United States and China in the construction business, sees The Bahamas as the forerunner is the Caribbean to commence this venture.
