  1. I think Bahamians need to move away from the team politics , most people voting don’t even know why the’re voting for the representatives from each constituency they just go along with the party (probably because the rest of their families do), so when that representative goes into parliament and mishandles the countries affairs then we want to rail road them , when it started with US !! We as a country need to take a different approach to the way we vote , also we need to make a statement to these politicians and make them more accountable for their ministries !! We’re losing hope down here !!!!!!!!!!

  2. THE FNM claimed that crimical activity, under the PLP, was at crisis proportions; I would like to hear their version of the state of affairs under three and one half years of FNM misrule. 99 murders for the year; 11 more than last year’s record setting number for the country. The FNM should avoid the subject of crime altogether. For them, nothing has worked. They dismantled the program that was working. Urban Renewal, Perry Christie’s Urban Renewal, was showing very positive signs of reduced criminal activity but Ingraham said he had his own solutions-well what are they? The FNM has mismanaged the country’s affairs badly and its time they go.

    • and the PLP didnt????? yall gat to be kidding me!!! PLP put this country in the garbage!! What did they do to enhance our state of affairs while they were in power over those last 5 years? But then again neither parties could get my vote. Bahamians act as if the PLP did so much the last 5 years they were in power, BS overall they failed miserably!!

  3. BP 186-87=99 so the murder count for 2010 is 99 persons murdered in the Bahamas for 2010… Why the other media houses and the Bahamas Government is lying to the Bahamian public, and for what???

    • Free Thinker they rely on the police for everything. The other day the media reported the police said Junkanoo would be held on Monday [Sunday night} But don’t we have a junkanoo Management Committee which can tell us this? This is what sickens me. The DAMN police everywhere they have no business making commentary and the DAMN WHUTLESS MEDIA all over foot and toe behind them reporting every rat dropping they offload!

      WE NEED CHANGE!
