Taking business casual attire to a new level, an insurance company office in New Jersey area has introduced, a cool end-of-the-week office celebrations called ‘Bahamas Friday’, to boost morale of the workers.
Workers are encouraged to dress in Bahamas spirit. People can come in sundresses, hats, beach dresses, even bikinis…WOW! Slowly the idea really got caught on and more and more employees are participating.
Steve, the manager of the company, got this idea after he returned from a weekend at Bahamas. He is also encouraging his other manager friends around the city to adapt to the concept.
‘Bahamas Friday’ became so popular that Bahamas Ministry of Tourism also took note of it and released the image above in that spirit.
