PROUD MOMENT – Kenneth McCartney, the longest serving employee of Bahamasair in Grand Bahama, was honoured by the company on Saturday at Xanadu Beach and Marina Resort. McCartney was described as a true team-player and a “very reliable person that one can depend on and a good example for others to follow. McCartney worked as a cargo representative, a mechanic and also as engineer and retires after serving at Bahamasair for over 30 years. McCartney is proudly pictured with his children and grandchildren who all came to support him for the important occasion. Seated next to McCartney is his partner Debbie Culmer.
