All evidence could spell trouble for Bostwick!
This is not gonna end well!
Nassau, Bahamas — Breaking news from Court #8 in Bank Lane now sets in motions trouble for John Bostwick.
This morning Magistrate Andrew Forbes ruled on Tuesday morning that former Free National Movement Senator John Bostwick II does have a case to answer to concerning the alleged discovery of 10 rounds of .22 ammunition discovered in a backpack at the Grand Bahama International Airport last May.
The case, which had moved to Nassau in a mysterious twist of things, was almost thrown out after witnesses for the Crown had initially failed to appear.
Today Bostwick’s lawyer, Elliot Lockhart, QC, requested time for the defence to consider the magistrate’s ruling and to indicate whether Bostwick will elect to give a defence or remain silent.
The matter is substantially set for November 2. We at BP say someone order the sterling cuff now!
