Nephew kills uncle over a plate a food in Nassau Village last night!

Nassau, Bahamas – Bahamas Press is reporting a second homicide, which occurred in the Nassau Village community last night.

Bahamas Press has identified the victim as 44-year-old, Arlington Thompson.

According to reports shortly after that murder in Yellow Elder police were called into Nassau Village where we can report a young man was placed into custody and is assisting police with their investigations into the stabbing death of his 44 – year old uncle that occurred around 9pm Tuesday night.
The deceased was involved in an argument with his nephew at a home located at Roberts Street, Nassau Village, that resulted in his nephew stabbing him to the chest with a knife. The pair argued over a plate of food we are told.

The deceased was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police arrested the suspect at the scene a short while later.
