Brigette Dupuch-Knudsen, the daughter of Susan and Pierre Dupuch, last week graduated with Honours from the University of North Georgia with her Master of Science degree in Nursing Education.
Brigette studied Nursing at the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree in 1997. In 2011 she received her C.N.O.R. (Certified Nurse Operating Room). February 2014, Brigette authored a chapter on Perioperative Care for Bachelor of Science nursing students and was published in “Nursing a Concept Based Approach to Learning, 2nd Edition.”
In March of this year she received an “Award of Top Honour” for her participation in and presentation of her research study at the North Georgia 19th Annual Research Conference.
She presently works at Northside Hospital as a Clinical Development Specialist for Surgical Services, where she is responsible for all educational and quality aspects of Surgical Services.
