Major pole in the road in Elizabeth Estates
Nassau, Bahamas – Children in the community of Elizabeth Estates have for days now enjoyed the ability to have a close up encounter with huge transformers lying across the street on Australia Ave. in the community of Lizzy.
The huge pole, which services the streets in the area, has been down amidst live wires since the passage of Hurricane Matthew.
The road on Australia Ave is impassable and residents, like most residents in the capital, have not seen one BEC bucket truck in the area.
Can someone please help the people of Lizzy as we know da MP has abandoned dem and so has Bahamas Power and Light!
