Carmichael Comes Back ONLINE with MP
Nassau, Bahamas – If there is one MP showing he is prepared to work for the people its Danny Johnson. The Youth Sport and Culture Minister was hard on the ground in the constituency greeting them as he launched programs in his community.
Scores of residents showed up at the opening of the multipurpose sports facility in Flamingo Gardens on May 4. Hon. Daniel Johnson MP took pictures after naming the boxing programme after coach and former boxer Leonard “Boston Blackie” Miller.
The award winning Gerald Cash Primary School’s Rake ‘n Scrape Band performed during the opening and excited the crowd.
Also in attendance was the newly formed Urban Renewal 2.0 Youth Marching Band. They became highlight of opening.
Johnson renewed his commitment to work with the residents and assured them this is just the beginning as he turns his focus on job creation for area residents.
