NASSAU, Bahamas – The Department of Culture of the Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports and Culture announced at a press conference Tuesday that the E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival is now underway and released scheduled dates for adjudications.
In New Providence, Dance Adjudications are slated for February 11 – 14, with the closing date for all dance entries on January 25. Drama Adjudications are slated for February 26 -29 and March 3-7 and Music Adjudications are slated from February 27-29 and March 3-7. The closing date for both drama and music is slated for February 1. Arts and Crafts Adjudications is slated for March 14, with the closing date also on February 1.
Late entries will be received for Music & Drama no later than February 26, the Department said.
In Grand Bahama, Dance Adjudications are slated for February 15, with the closing date for all dance entries on January 25. Drama Adjudications are slated for February 18 – 21 and Music Adjudications are slated for February 18 -26. The closing date for music and drama is slated for February 1. Arts and Crafts Adjudications is slated for March 20, with a closing date of March 14.
Late entries will be received no later than February 26 for Music and Drama in Grand Bahama.
I think the festival is a wonderful idea but someone has to put this young man on the zone diet plan. Hon. Charles Maynard looks FAT! My Lord. Come on. Take better care of your health Mr. minister. He really looks like the dough boy. Someone needs to poke him with their index finger to see if he will giggle a bit. That’s just a joke Charles don’t take it personal, but you really should consider losing some of that weight guy.
