Nassau, Bahamas — AT 2:45am Friday Morning, Mr. Peter Nygard was served with a notice of motion to commit for allegedly breaching the terms of an injunction prohibiting him from dredging the seabed at Nygard Cay!
Fred Smith and the Save Da Bays group told The Nassau Guardian Business that his group is now “…. in due course also considering other applications against [GET THIS] The Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Perry Gladstone Christie and the Director of Physical Planning … and other government respondents [Hon. Brave Davis and Hon. Glenys Hanna-Martin] because of the consultation process they embarked on in 2014.” – Nassau Guardian Business Section May 11th, 2015.
Now if Justice Ronda Bain believes she by the directive of SAVE DA BAYS and Fred Smith can ARREST the SITTING PRIME MINISTER OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE BAHAMAS AND CHAIRMAN OF CARICOM – then we await to see the outcome of that THREAT!!!!
THIS IS TREASONOUS! THIS IS SEDITIOUS! And this must be the height of disrespect for the OFFICE OF THE PRIME MINISTER OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE BAHAMAS!
