So the government is not planning on preparing for the Miss Universe Pageant aye? The other day I passed through Bay Street and down there looks awful. I would hate to think people are traveling from all over the world to see it like that. As far as I know the pageant suppose to be in August and it is already July and the only thing I see them do was pave Cable Beach.
