BIMINI| Hylan Deacko Smith age 62 PLP Branch chairman for Bimini has just passed away in the USA following year long battle with cancer.
Smith was great friend of BP, a loyal and dedicated soldier of the PLP and a hardcore Biminite.
To his wife and children we offer our deep sympathies. MAY he rest in peace.
