NASSAU, The Bahamas – Minister of State for Finance the Hon. Michael Halkitis (right) joins President of the Inter-American Development Bank Mr. Luis Alberto Moreno in signing a ceremonial document on April 7, 2016, at the Baha Mar Convention Centre. The document represented the approved loans for Public Financial Management and Performance Monitoring Reform; Citizen Security and Justice; Support for the Design of a Community Re-Entry System for Former Offenders and Support for the Development of a National Airlift Diversification Plan projects.
