Prime Minister the Rt. Hon. Hubert Ingraham is pictured receiving a commemorative plaque from John Meredith, Honorary Consul for The Bahamas to China and Managing Director of the Hutchinson Port Group. The presentation was made at a high-level business luncheon held by Hutchison Whampoa in Hong Kong, China. Prime Minister Ingraham and his delegation liaised with Hong Kong business leaders during the event.

BahamasPress please go online and read the Business section of the Jamaica Gleaner.Under the caption,”Lime Jamaica seeking partners” one will see Cable & Wireless who is the owner of Lime Jamaica is SEEKING a partnership with a huge 28 billion dollar American company.C&W is also proposing to reduce Lime’s staff by 400 employees.Thus my question to the PM why can’t Bahamians buy BTC and form our on partnership if needed with REPUTABLE TELECOM COMPANIES ?From this article one can deduce that C&w is not in the best financial shape and it has a poor relationship with its employees.
