We can tell you the incident unfolded just minutes ago in the Baillou Hill South and St. Vincent Road community just outside a bar.

BP agents already on the ground reports the male was fatally shot to the face and is shown here on the pavement motionless. The incident occurred just minutes after 11:30pm tonight.
