FREEPORT| Harry Bevans was arraigned today before Magistrate Charlton Smith in Court #2 on two counts of killing in the course of dangerous driving.
The 45-year-old pleaded not guilty on both counts.
The matter has been adjourned to August for trial; he was granted $4,000 bail with one surety.
