Man on Bail, Wellington Roberts, is the country’s 140th murder victim tonight!
Nassau, Bahamas – Breaking news coming into Bahamas Press confirms that shooting in the inner city this afternoon confirms the death of a 47-year-old Moore Ave. resident.
Sources on the ground tell us the victim was riding his bicycle in the area of Miami and Homestead Streets when a male shot him twice into the chest. The victim was talking to a female when the male boyfriend approached him and shot him twice. He died in hospital.
No identity of the suspect on the run has come. We wait to see who the suspect was that has committed this violence on the streets.
Our Intel on the ground has confirmed the victim to be Wellington Roberts. He was just recently released on bail for an offence and was being monitored by an ankle bracelet.
