  1. whats the deal with the junknaoo tickets thi year. This is another example of our country taking a step backward and the unprofessional manner of our government and the people of the Bahamas. I searched all over trying to inquire about Junkanoo ticket this past week . I didn’t see anything in the news as well as in the papers. Finally a friend told me to check out the site junkanootickets.thruhere.net. and jcnp.net The Jcnp.net site states the tickets will be available on the 15 but the Junkanoo site says that they are sold out of Rawson square :s this is 2 days b4 the tickets have to place on sale to the public. further more the site is not one for standards in the ticketing industry as its just a mediocre reservation system and not a real time ticketing system like last years company. They ask for my information and then they tell me they will get back to me. what about the tourist who look to purchase tickets every year, what about Bahamains all over the globe who aren’t home and would like to purchase tickets before they reach home for the holidays.. This site is not secure and further more it does not look legit nor professional no privacy statements no nothing. its just a webpage. you cant even find this page nor the jcnp page when you search for junkanoo online. the minister stated the other day about taking junkanoo to the next level but seeing the what they have to offer this year it seems as if they have taken a step back.

Further more the tickets that suppose to be one sale on Monday is now supposedly sold out . so what will be available to the public on Monday when tickets go on sale?

Can you please look into this.

    sincerely,

    Concern Junkanoo FAN
