POLICE SEEK MEN REFERENCE TO POLICE SHOOTINGS – Police on High Alert!!!!
Two officers shot in separate incidents overnight!
Nassau, Bahamas – Police have launched an island wide search for two (2) men responsible for shooting of O/C Southern New Providence station, Clayton Fernander.
The incident reportedly occurred shortly before 10:00 pm on Wednesday.
Preliminary reports indicate that the senior officer, on arrival to his residence and parking just behind his wife’s car was approached
by two (2) masked men who immediately began firing. Officer Fernander was subsequently shot several times to his right hand and his upper left chest.
The men reportedly fled the scene west along St. Vincent Road in a white Honda Accura.
The officer was taken to hospital where at present his condition is listed unknown.
Second Officer shot to the head….
Information reaching BP at this early morning hour confirms that a second officer has been shot to the head, in unknown circumstances. We can confirm the second officer is receiving critical care in hospital this morning.
Police are investigating and are appealing to members of the public who may have any information regarding these or any other incident to contact them immediately.
What is the hell is this! Moncur and crew have now incited violence directly against officers of the Royal Bahamas Police Force.
