Victim is 36-year-old Romeo Bain…
Lower Bogue, Eleuthera – Police are reporting today a second traffic fatality on the island of Eleuthera, and BP agents on the ground have identified the victim as 36-year-old Romeo Bain of Lower Bogue.
Police had received information that a traffic accident occurred on the airport road in Lower Bogue community of North Eleuthera sometime around 6:20pm on Friday.
When officers arrived to the area they found a Silver Mitsubishi Mirage vehicle overturned in bushes off the western side of the road and the lifeless body of a dark male clad in a red shirt with blue jeans motionless inside.
We can confirm Bain, a former Harbour Island resident, was the driver and lone occupant of the vehicle. His lifeless body was examined by the local doctor and pronounced dead at the scene.
Almost every day since Holy Thursday last week the country had experienced a traffic in some part of the country.
