Nassau, Bahamas — Postal workers were traumatized Wednesday morning after they found a security officer dead at his booth.
Police we can confirm are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 57-year-old male security guard at the General Post Office, on East Hill Street.
Police received reports of a male security guard being found unresponsive in the security booth by the morning staff. EMS was summoned to the scene and pronounced the male lifeless.
Police do not suspect foul play at this time. However, an autopsy will be held to determine the exact cause of death. Some believe the victim had experienced a heart attack.
