Popular Talkshow host Steve McKinney now victimize by a spiteful VINDICTIVE FNM Government.

Nassau, Bahamas — Breaking News coming into Bahamas Press have confirmed Hard Copy, with host Steve Mckinney is now off radio. The show’s contract has been terminated following pressures to remove the show off the Gems Network.

Sources close to the station tell us the move is to completely shut Steve McKinney off all radio networks going into elections and hush his voice by taking bread out of his mouth.

A few weeks ago URCA issued a letter to Gems Network owner, Debbie Bartlett. In that letter we are told a fine was imposed on the station for material which was requested by URCA but not delivered by the station. Much of the material we are told was aired on the Hard Copy afternoon drive-time show, which is heard every weekday at 5pm.

McKinney we know was instrumental in exposing mass corruption in the FNM government following investigations by his show. McKinney’s Hard Copy exposed dredging in the Exuma Lands and Sea Parks which involved a minister in the Ingraham government. He exposed corruption in URCA and its now former Director. He exposed the finder’s fee in the “STINK DEAL” to Cable and WUTLESS! And like Darold Miller his voice is now hushed!

Who will now stand up for the man who stood up for the people? The FNM has now pressured the lone radio voice against the FNM.

VICTIMIZATION is ALIVE IN THE BAHAMAS. Your FNM GOVERNMENT IS WORKING FOR YOU!

  1. Very sad as I have said before if self interest comes before care of and for the people in any country ! Radio hosts are invaluable at illuminating political problems (I myself am one) and silencing them is=covering up the truths and facts which the voters MUST learn about !
