Bracelet system has too many flaws and people are showing up dead!

Nassau, Bahamas — Breaking News coming into Bahamas Press now confirms more details into that murder of a 22-year-old female who was stabbed multiple times on Bougainvillea Blvd. early Saturday morning.

BP can report the incident happened just after 1am and involved a dangerous love triangle, which saw the end of her life.

While BP has yet to know the name of the victim of the country’s fourth murder, we can report she was a single woman, who was seen earlier that evening along with some friends in the area.

We can confirm the male victim in the incident who was treated and discharged at PMH was another young man whom the victim had just met up with the evening before and he was unaware of the estranged past relationship the victim had with the man now held as a suspect for her murder.

Bahamas Press has learnt the suspect now in custody is a 32-year-old who was wearing an ankle bracelet at the time of the incident is on bail for another incident now before the court.

We can also confirm the ankle bracelet suspect has breached his bail, which proved that no one is really monitoring these persons released back into society.

The developments are shocking to say the least and prove once again that the ankle bracelet system, now operated by a private company, is indeed not working in the Bahamas.

Here is another victim dead, all because people released on bail for incidents are not being monitored.

Meanwhile, Bahamas Press can report that the jails are full Saturday. We can report so many persons were arrested during Friday and Saturday night lock-downs of the city that the police could not find a cell to hold new persons breaking the law.

The crackdown was headed by Leon ‘Da General’ Bethel, who we reported was headed to take over the prison.

Bethel’s transfer to the prison was halted after prison staff stood ready to protest his arrival at the facility. Sources tell us that staff at the prison said they were prepared to walk off the job and call in sick had Bethel been transferred to Fox Hill.

  1. Just one question BP, everyone is having a problem with the ankle bracelet can you please tell me why. Its not the bracelet its these F…up lawyers who keep getting bails for these bithces. Think with common sense, he was on the bracelet the court determain where these criminals go and they are monitor. dont you think it makes sense now because he was wearing the bracelet should make it easier to arrest him because we know where he was. however the law is going to give him bail. Please stop running on and out and put the blame where it should be and thats the courts and the leaders.
