Some Bahamians feel like we embarrass the nation when we strike like this, I wonder if they have EVER seen how other countries around the world strike. We want our country for our kids and descendants, but are too afraid and ashamed to stand up for whats right. Hence the government will forever go on making decisions on its own and claim that those decisions are “in the best interest of the people”.
We’ve got to stand up and be strong against this present government, instead of hiding and being ashamed of what striking will do to our tourism. It’s not like these people have never seen a strike before.
