NASSAU| As if the sun wasn’t hot enough outside, a handful of cockeyed, ungrateful ZNS employees following instructions of a wig-wearing junior manager decided to walk off their jobs, talking fool with union leader Sherry “Buy a Vowel and a Proper Sentence Structure” Bastian.
The crew of mainly disgruntled, backward, workers, are mad because they can no longer enjoy the slackness of racking up overtime by hanging out in a room until all hours of the night watching “dutty” porn, ordering food and buying clothes from Shein.
All of them, known for low performance at ZNS, are praying for the failure of the General Manager’s and Chairman’s plans to advance the Corporation.
Recently the General Manager held an employment booster and one gal was there all smiles receiving her certificate of participation and praising the Corporation; today she was fussing the General Manager in the hot sun talking to the wutless media about who was on whose team.
The known FNM was at the FNM convention shaking her pom poms. She participated in a supervisors training session personally done by the GM Clint Watson because middle managers have little to no skill in dealing with people.
Yet, she is complaining. Da Gal (who will remain nameless fa nah) and her cronies in a busy department clock overtime weekly saying the volume is that high while giving away the company’s air time for free to their friends. Who team ya on now? They don’t know the last time they saw a regular salary because of overtime.
Dumb! Dumb! Another one whose name end with the famous rice, who can’t speak a proper sentence, is bitter at the GM who she once served with her as a fellow union executive because she thought she would be able to control and dominate him.
She is known in the union field as a loud, unprofessional bully who is out of her league because …. BP trying to be nice, but this woman MENTALLY CHALLENGED! How she got voted back in as union chief is the Ninth Wonder of the World.
She has venom spewing for the GM because she can’t control him and he doesn’t understand her bad English and broken sentences because he is a journalist.
So the ungrateful ZNS staff walked off the job because they want a COST OF LIVING increase on their salaries. CAN’T GET ENOUGH AND WANT BAHAMIANS PAY MORE TAXES!
There is presently a dispute intervention at the Labour department going on for cost of living so why are they breaching the process by walking off the job. This is the second time that Dumb Dumb Bastian made the staff walk off the job in the middle of the process because she wants to be disruptive. The same dispute is also filed by BTC.
But they dare not disrupt that private company. She insists on trying to target ZNS for “views and likes”. Yet out of the more than 200 employees she can never attract more than 10 or 15 along with members from Managers Union and her executives. That should tell her something!
The only staff outside were a few glasses wearing loud company mattresses, a fat eater of everything that’s killed and cooked and on sale in local eateries, one retard, two sissies and a few other loud people who didn’t even know why they were outside when people asked them. All sensible staff at ZNS ain’t on her Dumb Dumb’s and have no issue with their leaders. They won’t be used as pawns for her personal agenda. They were inside doing their jobs. The GM and Chairman should cut the salaries of all who were outside doing fool.
There has been nothing but progress since the GM and Chairman took over. The GM was met with a corporation that had mounting debt, unpaid bills, millions owed, no maintenance on properties and equipment. Out of date equipment just to name a few. He is the first GM to take on all of these challenges to pull ZNS out of the mess it is in. Meantime the corporation is moving forward and getting ready to relaunch its flagship newscasts and introduce new products. It’s a new day and the union and their bandits can either get with it or get left behind.
As for cost of living….these ungrateful few didn’t tell the cameras present that last year they got 4 increments one time from outstanding contract negotiations that the previous GM didn’t pay. They forgot that!
BP is in on everything and we can tell you that Dumb Dumb Bastian waited until the GM and Chairman left the property to show off her you know what! When ya dumb, ya dangerous!
BP is sending a message to ZNS staff. Don’t let Dumb Dumb Bastian and her idiot, few followers run you’ll up on brakes.
