Dear Editor,

I feel compelled to write to you about the power situation in Garden Hills # 3. BEC goes off an average of 5 times every day, for the past six months.

I have called BEC to see what the problem is, however, with no results. I trust that you may be able to find out on behalf of the residents. The power is off as I write this letter to you, and has been off and on 12 times in the last 24 hours.

My house alarm has gone haywire and I have lost 3 televisions. This situation cannot continue with no explanation. BP, please assist in finding out from the lousy folks at BEC what is causing the power outage in this area 5 times per day.
