Nassau, Bahamas — Bahamas Press is reporting another tragedy this morning after the body of a woman was found burnt beyond recognition in a house fire yesterday evening.
We can report police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body burnt beyond recognition in a house fire on Thursday evening.
According to reports, shortly after 6:00pm, Police received a report of a house fire on Collins Avenue. When firefighters arrived at the scene, they met a house engulf in flames.
Firefighters extinguished the fire and upon examining the interior of the home found a body suspected to be that of a female burnt beyond recognition.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
BP has not yet found out the identity of the victim – but we will be investigating…
